The narrative on my mapping is that Houston gardens in neighborhood 48 has been suffering from years of illegal dumping. This problem has caused the poor existing drainage to clog and flood the surroundings. There was a settlement with the city to clean up the neighborhoods and Houston Gardens was one of them, but the problem still persists. The map showcases the neighborhood underwater and using this map based from a nautical map. As Perry Kulper creating new design from this utopic landscapes, I am creating this underwater 28 accommodations for the locals as even a slight rain can cause flooding.
